Return Policy

We are confident that you will enjoy your Eco Fresh World International (Private) Limited product. Finally, our goal is your satisfaction. But, If for some reason you have a need to return your order.

If you do, Please refer below is all the information you’ll need to know.

1. You may return all unopened and undamaged items purchased at https://ecofreshworld.com/ within 30 days of the order date. Shipping costs are non refundable and will equal the actual charged shipping rate or in the case of free a shipping promotion a fee equal to 10% of your order (whichever is greater).
2. Opened items are not eligible for returns. If the return is due to our error or if the item is defective we will refund the original shipping cost and pay the return shipping costs.
3. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via e-mail for a return shipping label in these cases. This applies only to returns that are defective.

In all other cases you must ship the product back to us at your expense and the item must be received within 30 days of order received. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 30 days of receiving the returned item. Returns must be made in the original or comparable packaging and sent to the following address:
